  • Can I return the product(s) ordered?
    Yes. If you are unhappy with any item you have purchased, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, you just have to request a return from your client account. All return expanses are at the responsibility of the buyer. Any refund due will be paid to you less the shipping fees.
    However, there might be some exceptions, see the General Terms and Conditions for more details.
  • How many days of delivery can I expect?
    You can expect roughly 5-6 working days from your order. If after this period, your order is still not delivered, please contact us via the Contact page. Each order has a tracking number so we can follow it while transiting to your place.
  • To where can I ask a delivery?
    Delivery to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, France (Metropolitan and Corsica), Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Netherlands, Germany and United States of America.
    If you want a delivery somewhere else in the world just contact me via the Contact page to see what is possible.
  • Why is the order not possible while there are articles in stock?
    As I am alone taking care of the shipment, I might sometimes disable the ordering service if I cannot ensure it. In that case, I always post a message on the home page, with the date you will be able to order again.
  • The product I ordered is damaged, what can I do?
    The products are always double-checked before sending. Nevertheless, anything can happen during the shipment. As soon as you receive your package, if you spot that something is damaged, please contact us via the Contact page, so we can see what can be done. Of course, if it cannot be repaired, you can return it and be refunded, see the General Terms and Conditions.

  • What does unique mean?
    A unique product means, it exists only one single piece.
  • I saw a jewelry on your Instagram page, but I cannot find it on the website, why?
    Sorry, the jewelry you are searching is probably sold out.
  • Are the jewels made of pure gold or pure silver?
    No, the structure is a metal (usually brass) coated with gold (see the next point) or silver. Some jewelry are made with pure silver elements, in this case it is mentioned in the product description.
  • What is the difference between gold, gold plated and fine gold plated?
    If only gold is mentioned, without any other adjectives, it means the structure is a metal (usually brass) coated with a gold color.
    If it is gold plated, the coating is real gold and the thickness is 3 micron.
    If it is fine gold plated, the coating is made with at least 18K fine gold (24K can also be a possibility).
  • I am allergic to accessory jewelries, can I order?
    No, I would not recommend it.
